Aiming High

Aiming High is an initiative to enable children and young people with disabilities and their families to participate and help in planning to improve services for children and young people. One area we will focus on is creating opportunities to access Short Breaks.

The aim is to create opportunities for as many young people as possible to be able to access as many activities and breaks in a wide range of settings.
