There are many changes happening to benefits from April 2013 as a result of the Government's Welfare Reforms.

Milton Keynes Councillors have agreed to a locally-tailored Council Tax Reduction Scheme.

Under the scheme, everyone, liable for Council Tax, of working age is expected to contribute to Council Tax, while new incentives to work provisions make it more worthwhile to work than to remain on benefit.
