Save your completed application form to an email and send it to us at the above email address. We will contact you or your agent to take a debit or credit card payment over the phone. Feel free to attach drawings, plans and other documentation to this email as appropriate.

Post your completed application form to us at the above address; if you send a cheque payment please make these payable to Milton Keynes Council.
In person
You can drop your application into our ground floor Reception team at Civic Offices. Please note that we do not accept cash payments. If you want to pay by card then drop off your application and we will contact you or your agent to take a debit or credit card payment over the phone when we validate the application.
