Description		A registered charity offering free and confidential help to young people aged 13 to 25 years. Also helps those who work or live with young people. Advice - offers advice on a wide range of topics including benefits, health, your rights, accommodation, etc. Counselling - ring and make an appointment to talk to our trained counsellors who will listen, offer support and help you work out your feelings so that you can decide what you want to do. Information - offers help with most questions and can suggest other ways of solving more detailed enquiries.

Opening Hours		DROP-IN ADVICE (INFORMATION and WELFARE RIGHTS) Monday 10am to 12 .30pm and 2pm to 5pm Tuesday 10am to 12.30pm Wednesday 10am to 12 .30pm Thursday 10am to 12.30pm and 2pm to 5pm Friday 10am to 12.30pm Counselling available by appointment, daytime and evening.
