Temporary Move from Coachway

Council News - CoachwayFrom the 26th April 2008 the Coachway will move from its current location at Junction 14 whilst a new coach passenger terminal is constructed.

Long distance coach services currently calling at Junction 14 will move to a temporary location between Montrose Street and Pilgrim Street, off Silbury Boulevard in Campbell Park, where facilities will include a waiting room, ticket office, toilets, 80 adjacent parking spaces and a café. The site will be well lit, have CCTV and 24-hour on-site security.

Stony Stratford to benefit from one-way street

A new one-way street will be introduced in busy Stony Stratford next week, to reduce congestion, free up parking space and make the town more pedestrian friendly.

Work will start early next week (14th/15th) on adapting part of the town's High Street, from its junction with Church Street to London Road, by building out the pavements, effectively closing this stretch all week.
