Who are we as an organisation?- The Council of Faiths (CoF) is a representative council of formally elected faith leaders from the nine largest faiths in Milton Keynes. These are Buddhist, Christian, Hindu, Jewish, Muslim, Sikh, Zorostrian, Bahai and Jain.
Why does our organisation exist?- CoF exists to formally represent faith communities in Milton Keynes and provide an established forum for matters of shared concern.

What does our organisation do?- CoF seeks to promote community cohesion throughout the Borough’s faith communities, build capacity for the MK religious community to engage with formal decision making structures (e.g. Milton Keynes Local Strategic Partnership, MK Council) and initiate programmes that will further the well-being of faith communities in Milton Keynes.
Whom does our organisation serve? - CoF serves wider faith communities of Milton Keynes as well as other organisations that require advice consultation or representation from a religious perspective
The Council of Faiths in Partnership
One of our functions is to represent the views, needs and concerns of the Milton Keynes faith community in both local and national arenas. In June 2006 The Council of Faiths was invited to become a full member of the MK Local Strategic Partnership and now plays an active role in their work and business throughout the city.
