NOTICE OF AUDIT OPINION
ACCOUNTS AND AUDIT REGULATIONS 2011, REG 11
The audit opinion on the accounts of the Council for the year ending 31st March 2012 was issued by the Audit Commission on Tuesday 25th September 2012.
NOTICE is hereby given that:
1 The audit of accounts for Milton Keynes Council for the year ended 31st March 2012 has been concluded;
2 The Statement of Accounts are available for inspection by any local government elector for Milton Keynes Council at the Strategic Finance section, Saxon Court, 502 Avebury Boulevard in Central Milton Keynes from 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
3 An elector may make copies of the whole or part of the Statement, or, alternatively, may purchase a copy of the Statement for £10 by contacting the Strategic Finance section (01908 254591).
4 The Statement of Accounts are also available to be viewed on the Internet, at www.milton-keynes.gov.uk/Finance.
These rights are conferred on local government electors by section 14 of the Audit Commission Act 1998
