Welcome to your Summer Challenge - a cultural decathlon series across Milton Keynes from 23 July - 11 September.


The famous culture thief Arty Fact has stolen a bike and has been using Cycle Trails to gather information on valuable items at venues. But, he has been careless - leaving clues to his sneaking. Our boss, known only as D, needs brave explorers to solve the clues, gather evidence and complete missions to stop Arty in his tracks, save the day and receive a reward and the chance of a great prize.

Heritage Open Days

Unravelling the mysteries of ancient handwriting to discovering Milton Keynes' historic past will all be featured during a series of free Heritage Events in September.

Every event is FREE and open to anybody, and some events have special activities for children and young people.

Milton Keynes has been identified as a place that has received less than the regional average of Heritage Lottery funding, and so HLF would like to offer groups in Milton Keynes extra help with applying. HLF staff will be working with the Heritage Unit and with local groups in your area to help develop project proposals.
