In April 2009 the Tenant Services Authority (TSA) became the new regulator for affordable housing in England. As from 1 April 2010 they will also become the regulator for all council housing.

The TSA is holding a final consultation on this new regulatory framework and national standards.
The Council is holding a meeting on Tuesday 19 January 2010 11am till 1pm at the Tenants Rescource Centre, 31 Farthing Grove, Netherfield, Milton Keynes. Come along and tell us what you think of the proposed National Standards and the Framework.
