If you know of an empty property please contact our Private Sector Housing Team on 01908 253271. We can investigate why the property is empty and offer the owner advice on how to bring it back into use.

The Council is responsible for checking Houses in Multiple Occupation to make sure they are in satisfactory condition, are safe, have satisfactory means of escape from fire, have sufficient bathrooms and kitchens, have adequate space and proper management.
