What does the scheme offer?
Landlords can receive up to £6,680 as a cash incentive from MK City Council if they’re able to offer longer tenancies to local families.
The cash incentive is determined by the size of the property and is paid directly to landlords on top of deposits or rent in advance - which the Council will pay.
In addition, we’re also able to offer guaranteed rent throughout the duration of the tenancy, details of which can be found within the landlords rent guarantee.
