Sport, Leisure and Community  - Passport to Leisure coverThe Passport to Leisure Scheme provides discounted access for residents of Milton Keynes to a variety of leisure facilities in the Milton Keynes area.

Do I Qualify?
You qualify for the Passport to Leisure Scheme if you are resident in the borough of Milton Keynes and are in receipt of the appropriate criteria.

How do I Apply?
Check whether you are eligible for a card then fill out an Application Form, Application forms are available from all participating facilities, council offices, libraries and housing offices.

All the facilities/activities will be subject to availability. Children under 8 years of age must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.

The Passport to Leisure card is non-refundable and non-transferable. Membership is subject to the general rules and regulations for each facility and will apply to all users.
