Under the Licensing Act 2003 Milton Keynes Council as the Licensing Authority are required to produce a statement of Licensing Policy for a three year period. The current Statement of Licensing Policy 2008 - 2011 was adopted by Full Council on 8 January 2008.

This current Policy must be reviewed before January 2011 so therefore we are in the process of producing a new Policy Document.
Before being able to determine the final policy the Licensing Authority have produced a draft document which is currently under consultation.

Any responses must be received at the Civic Offices by 5.15pm on the 15th October . We would like to receive the views of any member of the public or organisation who feel they will be affected by the proposed policy.
