Safeguarding Adults - How and When to Report Abuse

If you have a concern about an adult at risk of abuse and they are in immediate danger you should first notify the relevant emergency services by ringing 999.

If the adult you are concerned about is not in immediate danger you should report your concern using the SABR1 Alert Form

Please complete and submit the form by following the instructions on each of its sections. If you cannot submit the SABR1 electronically contact our Customer Liaison Officers in ASCAT.
