Support for people with physical disability

Most of the information available on the Adult Social Care web pages is applicable to everyone regardless of their age or disability.

Sometimes we can provide a simple service straight away, but for more complex needs a community care assessment may be necessary. This can be organised by contacting adult social care by clicking on the link above.
