Opening hours 9am-5.15pm Monday to Friday

The busiest times are during the lunch period (11.30am - 2.30pm) and the 1st week of the month. It is likely that you will have to queue if you visit the Parking Shop during these periods.

Customers are requested to report to reception on the 1st floor Civic Offices, for all parking related matters, including any payments of Penalty Charge Notices.

Please note if you wish to pay by cash, please ensure you have the correct fee payable, unfortunately we do not have a facility to give change.
