MK2031 The MK2031 study looked at Milton Keynes' options for growth to 2031 and was produced as evidence for the South East Plan examination. The Coalition government has since announced its intention to withdraw Regional Spatial Strategies, but the MK2031 document remains an important part of the evidence base for the future development of Milton Keynes.
