Repairs and Improvements

Following a lengthy planning process and discussions with MK residents we are now going ahead with the demolition of Bramley Grange Sheltered Housing Scheme (Lakes Estate) and
Briar Hill Sheltered housing Scheme and flats.
The demolition will be carried out by the appointed contractors Total Reclaims LTD .

The works start on 24th May 2010, and are scheduled to be completed 6 weeks from this date.

You can report the need for a repair in several different ways

Once we have logged your request, we will pass the details you have given us to one of our contractors to do the work. We have timescales for repairs to completed by depending on the type of repair

We carry out planned improvement programmes to properties, to improve the standard of Council Housing in Milton Keynes
