Resident Involvement Agreement

Improve the service and the area you live in - get involved!

Resident Involvement Agreement 2008/10

We have recently published our new Resident Involvement Agreement. The Agreement explains why and how we involve council tenants and all residents in the borough so that we can improve the housing service and improve the areas where people live. All the different ways of getting involved are described, and the Agreement also makes clear the standards you can expect and the resources we have available to make it work.

The Agreement, which was previously called the Resident Involvement Framework, has developed over more than a year after extensive consultation. It fulfils the role of a Tenant Participation Compact, which the government require us to produce.

Local Agreements

What can you expect from your local housing teams
Local Housing Service Agreements 2008/10

We have just published 4 Local Housing Service Agreements. They describe the housing and environmental services you can expect if you live in MK North, South, East or West. You can use these documents to find out when your rubbish is collected, who is in your housing team and the areas they cover, how cleaning and caretaking works in your area and what resident associations operate. Take a look - we hope the information in there will help you get the most out the local services we provide.
