Have you applied for you child to start school or transfer at 7+ in September 2010?
If you applied online you will receive an email late afternoon or early evening on Monday 22 March 2010. All parents will be sent a letter confirming their child's school place, to be posted on Monday 22 March by second class post. You should expect to receive this by Wednesday or Thursday at the latest.
If you applied after the closing date of 15 January you will be advised of your child's school place towards the end of April.
If you have not yet applied for a primary or secondary school place for September 2010 you should contact the school admissions team using the contact details below. They will send you the information you need to make an application.

Pre-school age children
If your child was born between 01.09.2005 and 31.08.2006 then he or she is due to start school in September 2010 you should have made an admissions application. If not then please read the section at the top of this page.
Were any of your children born on or after 1 September 2006? Then the council's leaflet
Starting school for the first time might be of interest. It will tell you when and where to collect an admissions pack and provides other useful information on school admissions.

Milton Keynes Council has consulted on and agreed the admissions arrangements for children starting school for the first time, transferring at the end of Year 2 or Year 6 in September 2010 and the policies for children requiring places during the school year from September 2009 or who may be vulnerable.
