Milton Keynes School Sport Partnership

The School Sport Partnership programme (formally known as the School Sport
Co-ordinator Programme) was established in 2000, in support of the original Department
for Education and Skills/Department for Culture, Media and Sport (DfES/DCMS) Public Service Agreement Target to increase the percentage of school children who spend at least two hours each week on high quality physical education (PE) and school sport to 75% by 2006. This target has since been increased and extended to 85% by 2008.

Milton Keynes School Sport Partnership - MendMK Dons Sport and Education Trust and the Milton Keynes School Sport Partnership are working together with the successful organisation MEND (Mind, Exercise, Nutrition and Do it!) to help tackle the worrying trend of childhood obesity in the local area through the delivery of their new and exciting 'Onside for Life' programme.

Milton Keynes School Sport Partnership - SSPMilton Keynes School Sports Partnership was set up in 2003 to improve and develop the quality of sport throughout Milton Keynes. The South partnership caters for 52 schools across Milton Keynes with the North Partnership controlling 58 Schools. Throughout each family several secondary schools provide support to there feeder schools within the catchment area.
