You are now able to email your completed application form and any proof of employment/residencey required directly to the Parking Shop to mailto:email@example.com
Full details of the permit scheme, and application forms, can be obtained from The Parking Shop located in the Civic Offices.
Opening hours 9am-5.15pm Monday to Friday
The busiest times are during the lunch period (11.30am - 2.30pm) and the 1st week of the month. It is likely that you will have to queue if you visit the Parking Shop during these periods.
For all parking related matters, including any payments of Penalty Charge Notices. Customers are requested to go directly to the parking shop located on the ground floor of Civic Offices there is no need to book in at reception.
Please note if you wish to pay by cash, please ensure you have the correct fee payable, unfortunately we do not have a facility to give change.
To process card payments Milton Keynes Council will need to contact the card holder at the time of processing to complete the card transaction, this is so we comply with all legislation and for your personal protection.
Please allow 10 days for postal applications to be processed. Send the completed application form and relevant documentation, detailed in guidance note ‘A’, with payment if required. Please note that confirmation of employment by either a current and dated wage slip or letter is no longer required, however you will still need to provide employer details as set out on the application form. Please note that Milton Keynes Council reserves the right to check with your employer at any time during the year to ensure that the applicant is currently employed.
