The Redway and Leisure Routes form an extensive network of shared-use paths passing through all the beautiful parks, each and every estate, and into the city centre itself.
Cyclists can also make use of the National Cycle Network, launched by SUSTRANS, two routes of which pass through the city. Route 6 runs north-south, linking Northampton to Leighton Buzzard and Route 51 runs east-west, linking Bedford to Oxford.
Free REDWAY GUIDES are available from the Council offices, local cycle shops and the Parks Trust offices or available to download from the Cycling Home Page.
The Programme of Fun and Easy Rides is a joint initiative between
Milton Keynes Parks Trust,
the Cycle Users' Group, the Cyclists' Touring Club and
The Sustrans.
