New Electoral Arrangements for Milton Keynes

The Local Government Boundary Commission for England recommendations for the future electoral arrangements for Milton Keynes have now been passed. Milton Keynes will in future be represented by 57 councillors in 19 three-member wards across the borough.

The Local Government Boundary Commission for England recommendations for the future electoral arrangements for Milton Keynes have been laid before Parliament and have now been finalised. The number of Councillors will increase from 51 to 57 and the number of wards will decrease from 23 to 19. Each ward will now be represented by 3 Councillors. The changes will take effect from the elections to be held on 22 May 2014.
