Joint Venture

We are seeking to work with external partners to create capacity, maximise benefits and provide excellent service delivery to our residents. We are therefore seeking to enhance the commercial aspirations of the Council by bringing on board a partner or partners through a joint venture or similar model to achieve the following:

  • Improve efficiencies and practices
  • Generate cash savings
  • Deliver capacity
  • Identify and progress investment opportunities

The Council is seeking to undertake Supplier Engagement Market Intelligence Events and meet with external suppliers to inform the scope and size of a potential Joint Venture(s) for some of our service areas excluding Support Services and Health. We will be looking at a broad range of services, the scope of which could possibly include but is not limited to the following:

  • Property Management
  • Facilities Management
  • Capital Development
  • Strategic Asset Management (Land)
  • Progression of major investment schemes
