Tai Chi Milton Keynes

In these classes we concentrate on learning the Yang style 24-step Short Form, which provides an ideal and relatively quick way to acquire basic Tai Chi skills.

Students also learn a variety of easy but highly effective Qi Gong (Chi Kung) exercises which help to improve health and develop awareness of the body's energy.

More advanced students may also study martial applications and push hands.
