Wolverton Area Action Plan: Issues and Options

Summary
Milton Keynes Council is preparing an Area Action Plan for key sites in Wolverton in partnership with the local community and other stakeholders. The Action Plan is aimed at delivering co-ordinated action on key sites, which will help regenerate the town centre.

Purpose
The Wolverton Area Action Plan identifies “action” on sites within and around Wolverton town centre where change is likely to occur. Sites include redundant land within the railway works, the Agora site, the area around Creed Street and Tesco. The Issues and Options leaflet builds on an initial informal consultation, which took place in July and August 2005
