"The proposals are to provide: a new 21st Century Leisure Centre improvements to Princes Way to make it a pedestrian friendly street the building of up to 300 new homes and apartments a new multi-storey car park improvements to the links to Queensway and Paddock Way new plaza at the Leisure Centre entrance."

Following this consultation we are submitting a 'reserved matters' application to the planning department.
