Summary

The Council is consulting on the proposal to introduce a resident’s permit parking scheme in Caldecotte along the affected lengths of road:-

  • Gatwick Lane
  • Heybridge Crescent 
  • Longhedge (Part)
  • Monellan Crescent (Part)
  • Monellan Grove (Part)

The proposed restriction will only apply to the above roads and will only allow vehicles that have been issued with either an R36 residents permit, R36 resident’s visitors permit, pay as you go voucher or a carers permit (on call) to park.

Vehicles that are exempt from the restriction include emergency services, statutory undertakers, deliveries and collections (on duty).

The restriction will apply to all classes of vehicles.
