Statutory Notifications: The installation of a new controlled pedestrian crossing on Aspreys, Olney and two raised speed tables on Yardley Road, Olney
Milton Keynes Council is serving statutory notification on the following:
- The Council of the Borough of Milton Keynes – Proposed Controlled Zebra Crossing on Aspreys, Olney (Reference: NOT-038a)
- The Council of the Borough of Milton Keynes – Proposed Traffic Calming Scheme on Yardley Road, Olney (Reference: NOT-038a)
The proposed crossing will be located on Aspreys in Olney near to its junction with the roundabout for Yardley Road and Drift Way. The proposed zebra crossing comes as a result of the requirement to provide a safe pedestrian crossing link for pedestrians and cyclists on Aspreys. The proposed zebra crossing will encourage and facilitate safer pedestrian and cyclist movement on Aspreys.
The proposed raised tables will be situated on Yardley Road, Olney, either side of its junction with Stilebrook Road and will support the new junctions for the Olney Yardley Road housing development.

Any comments to the above proposals can be made in writing and sent to the Council’s Traffic Regulation Order Team by email to TROteam@milton-keynes.gov.uk quoting reference NOT-038a and NOT-038b.
