Blue Badge Service Privacy Notice (Milton Keynes Council)

This Privacy Notice works in conjunction with Milton Keynes Council’s Corporate Privacy Notice and the Privacy Notice for Parking Services.

Who we are and what we do?

Milton Keynes Council’s Blue Badge Service holds personal data to enable them to administer the Blue Badge scheme, which allows disabled drivers to park free of charge in Council Pay and display bays or reserved disabled bays.

We use the information we hold to;

  • parking enforcement,
  • to protect public funds, help combat fraud and crime

  • Eligibility details
  • Contact details
  • Details of medical conditions affecting mobility
  • National Insurance number
  • Surname at birth
  • Town of birth

  • Police
  • Other local authority Blue Badge enforcement teams 
  • Milton Keynes Parking Partnerships
  • Local Government
