Street Nameplates

Installing new street nameplates is the responsibility of the property developer working on a new development.

Once the highway is adopted by the council maintenance of nameplates is then the responsibility of the council. Some examples of issues relating to street nameplates are:

  • Missing nameplate
  • Damaged nameplate
  • Graffiti on nameplate

To find out if a road has been adopted by the council visit our My Milton Keynes mapping page and search using your postcode:

Once you have checked and found out that the street has been adopted by the council you can report maintenance issues regarding existing street nameplates, please e-mail our Customer Service Centre or telephone the Customer Service Centre team on 01908 25 2570.
