Renewing or replacing a Blue Badge
Your Blue Badge will not be automatically replaced when it expires. It is the badge holder’s responsibility to apply for a new badge and we recommend that you do this at least 2 weeks before the date your badge is due to expire.
If possible you should return your expired badge to Milton Keynes Council Blue Badge Team to be securely destroyed. If you do not return it please ensure that you destroy and securely dispose of the expired badge to prevent any possible future fraudulent use.

If you badge is lost or stolen you will need to report this to Thames Valley Police, on 101, who will issue you with a lost property number or crime number. If you have lost your badge inside the house or the car you will not need a lost property number.
You will then need to apply for a replacement (PDF, 95KB)
It is important that the details on your Blue Badge can be easily read when you display it; otherwise a parking attendant may consider you are parked illegally. If your badge becomes damaged you will need to apply for a replacement (PDF, 95KB)
Damaged badges must be returned to Milton Keynes Council Blue Badge Team for secure disposal
Please note that if your badge is lost, stolen or damaged within three months of the date of expiry you will need to complete a new application. How do I apply?
