Rough Sleeper Service

If you are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless, please use our Housing Concerns Form to find out what help and support we can provide. Unfortunately, we can’t provide accommodation to everyone. How much help you can get will depend on your circumstances: you may get housing or personal advice from us to help you find or keep your home. If we can’t provide you with housing, we will always offer advice and guidance on what you can do.

Housing Concerns Form

We are committed to ending rough sleeping in Milton Keynes and recognise the Government’s commitment to end rough sleeping by 2027.

The Housing Solutions service and the Rough Sleeping Team has received funding from the Ministry of Housing, Communities & Local Government to assist with ending rough sleeping and to ensure that the right support agencies are involved at the right time. We also ensure that any funding gaps for complex support services are met by our own budget allocation.

Whilst rough sleeping is not a choice there are numerous and complex scenarios that can play heavily on those who find themselves entrenched in rough sleeping or new to the streets.

We offer an outreach service along with specialised commissioned support agencies that help with mental health concerns, reconnecting the person to where they used to live, helping with drug and alcohol dependencies and basic living skills.

If you are a rough sleeper and want us to help or you have seen someone who you believe is sleeping rough, please contact Streetlink.

If you need to speak to the Rough Sleeper team at MKC you can email them at RoughSleeperTeam@milton-keynes.gov.uk.
