Bookstart, Bookshine and Booktouch

Resources for the very young, deaf or blind and partially sighted children.

Bookstart is based on a simple premise that children who have an early introduction to books benefit educationally, culturally, socially and emotionally.

Bookstart UK is the first national Books for Babies programme in the world. Every baby born in England is entitled to two free Bookstart Packs during their early years' development.
