Notice for Android-based Devices

Upcoming RBdigital updates and the conclusion of Google support for certain legacy Android devices may impact certain users using legacy Android devices to access RBdigital.

Google Support for Legacy Devices
Over time, Google will stop supporting certain Android-based devices (phones and tablets), and older versions of the Android operating system. When Google stops supporting a device, that device will stop receiving operating system (OS) updates. This may cause the RBdigital app to not function correctly.

Secure Web Protocol (https) and Legacy Android Operating Systems
In August 2019 RBdigital switched to https secure web protocol to ensure the ongoing security of customer data. This change affects users running Android OS lower than 4.4. These users can no longer access RBdigital through their device's browser.
