CMK Prospectus Launch

In January, we welcomed investors, developers and partners to the launch of its new Central Milton Keynes (CMK) Prospectus at Red Bull Racing's Milton Keynes HQ.

The event was opened by Pete Marland, Leader of the Council. Guest speakers included Christian Horner from Red Bull Racing, Nick Roberts from Santander HQ, Geoff Snelson, MK Council’s Director of Futures and Strategy, Chris Taylor, CEO of Hermes Investment, Tim Roxburgh, MK Development Partnership, and Andrew Carter from Think Tank – Centre for Cities. The event was a great success and we have received a lot of positive feedback.

As the city celebrated its 52nd birthday this year, the audience were presented with the story of central Milton Keynes, one of the fastest growing economies in the UK, and with the highest percentage growth in jobs of any city between 2010 and 2016. The prospectus offers an aspirational outlook for the key features of future development likely to be required to reflect the needs of its ever growing population. An electronic version of the CMK prospectus can be viewed here

The event also saw our Launch its new promotional video, which showcases why Milton Keynes is such a great place to work, live and visit. You can view the video by clicking on the link here.
