The adoption of this SPD will help to guide the regeneration of Central Bletchley. It will be a material planning consideration on applications submitted that are with in the area the SPD covers.
Consultation on the Draft Central Bletchley Urban Design Framework SPD 2021
The Council consulted on the Draft Central Bletchley Urban Design Framework Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) following the adoption of the Milton Keynes Local Plan, Plan:MK in March 2019.

The SPD will support policies in Plan:MK and will be considered a material consideration in the determination of planning applications submitted to the Council.
Public consultation on this SPD ran for a period of six weeks, from Monday 20 December 2021 until Monday 31 January 2022.
A report is being prepared to reflect the comments received throughout the consultation. Any comments that have been received are being considered by the Council and the draft Central Bletchley Urban Design Framework SPD will be amended accordingly. The final version of the SPD will subsequently be adopted by the Council’s Cabinet.
