Please use the Planning Portal to submit planning applications along with the required statutory application fee. The links below should only be used to make payments for planning applications when requested by the Development Management team.

Obtaining Planning Document Copies

These can be requested for £9 (homeowner) or £18 (professional/non-homeowner), either:

Send a cheque payable to Milton Keynes Council to Development Management, Civic Offices, 1 Saxon Gate East, Milton Keynes, MK9 3EJ.

Please include the following information:

  • The document and planning reference number you require
  • Site address
  • Number of copies
  • If you are the property owner
