Five-Year Housing Land Supply
In light of the updated NPPF (2018) and a number of S78 appeal decisions received in 2018, the Council have reviewed their 5 year housing land supply position and provided an updated position statement. The position statement and associated housing trajectory can be viewed at the links below:
This updated position will be used in decision-making in advance of the adoption of Plan:MK.

Authority Monitoring Report
The council’s most recently adopted plan is the 2013 Core Strategy, which outlines targets and indicators of achievement (table 17.1), that the monitoring report assesses.

Progress Against the Development Scheme
The Local Development Scheme (LDS) sets out the timescales for the preparation of new planning policy. The Council is currently producing and progressing Plan:MK

The LDS does not include a timetable for neighbourhood plans, as this is the responsibility of the parish council and neighbourhood group.
