Rambling Salamander is a family owned, environmentally friendly service, or rather life style, specialising in creating walking adventures for those who are less advantaged in our society; for people with learning difficulties and special needs.
Founded by Martina Fiserova, who is a great admirer of nature itself, we are strongly connected to the power of nature and the incalculable benefits that every living person can receive from it.
With many various rambling walks and playful programmes, we are encouraging people to actively contribute and take part in these adventures, knowing that people are longing to be included rather than being passive recipients of the activity. This sympathetic approach makes adults with learning difficulties feel as equal and helpful as any other member of the Rambling Salamander.
A range of different activities are available, such as local walks, national walks, walking holidays and outdoor skills walks.

Rambling Salamander creates unique adventurous walks where people with learning difficulties can safely, and within their own pace, discover and continually evolve their curiosity about outdoor life.
The pathway to great outdoor adventures starts from learning basic skills such as route finding, ground features reading and continues through map reading from specially prepared maps, point to point navigating, to the art of camping and to the regular walking holidays. All is carry out in a form of play.
