Below are the three courses (with outline objectives/activities) that are on offer:

How to ask for help
Coping with anxiety
Assertiveness and when to say no
Dealing with Challenging situations in the community
Understanding wants and needs
Understanding spending habits
What is a budget
How to create a budget
Money saving ideas and strategies
How to stay safe
A phased support approach to practical journey taking
Jane (Talent Unlimited UK) and Talkback have agreed to help co-ordinate this with Chris from Autism Beds.
We have arranged for Sharna Raine from Autism Beds to come to Unity Park Station (where TU and CAMEO MK are run) on Friday 12 April from 3pm to 4.30pm to explain more about the courses on offer.
If you are interested (or know anyone else who might be), please come along for a coffee, tea and information!
