Why Fierce Coaching?
Life is a balancing act; maintaining a busy schedule and a healthy lifestyle can seem impossible at times. You owe it to yourself to take care of you, not just everyone and everything else around you. I would love to help you ignite the fire that will help you reach your dreams and passions.
A really important part of the Fierce Coaching process is active participation, which includes self-education and accountability from you. I will use interactive activities to help you better understand your mental health and to help you take back ownership of your life, through acceptance and mindfulness.
What to expect in your first session?
Initially, together we will explore your reasons for choosing coaching, identify areas of your life that you would like to prioritise, and set small, but significant goals to achieve in the weeks ahead. In this session you will be listened to, encouraged and have someone on your side with whom you can share anything, without judgement.
You might find that one session of Fierce Coaching is right for you at this time, to set you on your path to achieving your personal goals. Otherwise you might consider which areas you would like to delve deeper into over a number of coaching sessions with me.
Put simply, you can choose what will make an amazing and phenomenal coaching session made just for you, each time!

Fierce Coaching Only: £40 per 1-hour session.
Fierce Coaching and Fitness: £50.00 1.5-hour session.
Fierce Teen Coaching: £25 per 1-hour session.
A £10 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The balance is due 24hours before via bank transfer.
Please be advised there is a 50% Cancellation fee with less than 24hours notice.
Fierce Mind Health Coaching is based on mutual trust. No personal information will be shared. Confidentiality will only be broken if there is risk to the individual or others.
