Milton Keynes Falls Service - Staying Steady (CNWL)

This service is provided to any person (primarily those aged over 65 years of age) registered with a Milton Keynes General Practitioner (GP) who has fallen or is at risk of falling.

The service accepts referrals from health and social care professionals via the Community Based Falls Prevention Service (B-Well Therapy) single point of access
