World Mental Health Awareness Day 2018

This year World Mental Health Awareness Day takes place on 10th October 2018. We are aiming to raise awareness of mental health and encourage people to talk about mental health by signing up to the Milton Keynes Mental Health Challenge.

We are challenging as many people as possible across MK to get involved in talking about mental health this World Mental Health day Wednesday 10th October.

The day is a great opportunity to raise awareness about mental health and actions we all can take to improve our mental health.

This year across Milton Keynes we are asking as many people as possible to show their support to raise awareness of mental health by signing our pledge  below.
