                     MK Together has developed a Decision Making Tool to make it clearer and easier for people to understand what a safeguarding concern is and what to do with a concern.
                

Consult or Report a Concern

Anyone can report a concern;

if the adult is in immediate danger you should ring 999
use the online - adult safeguarding alert (Professionals must complete this form)
telephone or email us
