* The Waste and Environment Team in partnership with the Parks Trust ran a litter poster campaign in earlier this year and are pleased to announce that the winning entry was created by Annabelle from Giles Brook School, in Tattenhoe. Annabelle’s poster will be displayed across noticeboards in MK to encourage people to keep our city cleaner and greener.

          MK Eco Warrior scheme

MK Eco Warriors for KS2

Free to all MK Junior Schools the Eco Warriors scheme is designed to encourage and educate children about their impact on the environment. A5 activity booklets are provided for each participating pupil, which include activities on recycling, litter, appreciating nature, getting out and about, etc.
