Bletchley and Fenny Stratford Town Deal
MK is one of the 101 places eligible to bid up to £25m as part of the Government’s Towns Fund.
MK Council is focusing the Town Deal on Bletchley and Fenny Stratford, so it can make best use of current and future growth prospects, and the opportunities that will flow from East-West Rail.
An inaugural meeting was held in January and a Town Deal Board was established in July. The board is now working to develop a Trade Investment Plan (TIP) to be submitted to government later this year.
Prior to submitting the plan to government, the Town Deal Board will engage with the community to ensure local people are involved in shaping the future of their area.
This page will be regularly updated as work on the bid progresses.

Government has also set up a Mytown portal to encourage local people to share their ideas about improvements to their town. We're in the process of setting up a local contact, but in the meantime please click on the link to submit your comments.

The agenda and minutes of the Town Board meetings can be found on the Council's CMIS page. The Terms of Reference and Code of Conduct for the Town Board were discussed and agreed at the meeting on 3 July 2020 and can be seen by clicking on the link for the Agenda and Papers for that meeting on the CMIS page.
