Mystery shopping is a powerful way to improve services and we are currently recruiting for our own team of mystery shoppers. We are looking for people who live in Milton Keynes, who can assess our services and record their findings. As a mystery shopper, you may be visiting our offices, contacting us by email or by telephone to give us feedback. Not only will you be helping us improve our services, you will be meeting new people, learning new skills, and gaining work experience.
You don’t need previous experience in mystery shopping as guidance and training will be provided and volunteers will be rewarded with a token of our appreciation.

We regret that if you are a Milton Keynes Council employee, related to a Milton Keynes Council employee or if you do not live in Milton Keynes, you will not be able to participate in the mystery shopping programme.
