Exempt building work certificate
Exempt building work certificate applications must be accompanied by a fee.
Payment
Do not make any payments until we have emailed a payment link. On application submission, please specify who will make the payment and ensure their email address is registered with the Milton Keynes City Council.
Upon receipt of all documentation, we will review/request information, proceed with fee calculation, and email a payment link. Once the fee is paid, the application will be considered valid.
Applications for work solely required for disabled persons
Building work providing access and/or facilities for person with disabilities to domestic dwellings are normally exempt from fees. To see if your project qualifies, please contact us.
